We have some very common areas we help with such as weight management, quitting smoking and stress. But there are so many more areas. We have listed some more below, but please don't think that is the full list. If you have looked at this site but can't see what you want please just drop us a message, worst case we will just say "sorry not for us, but xxx is" we have many contacts in the industry. We are often asked can we help children? The simple answer in many cases is yes. We do of course need a parent or guardian to be present at all times. IBS - Interesting findings published by the NHS


UK guidelines say people should be offered IBS-focused hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or psychological therapy if changes in diet and medications don't work after 12 months. However, it's unclear whether group treatment works as well as individual hypnotherapy.
